Instead of juggling multiple contractors, chasing updates, or dealing with crossed wires, everything flows through OPSG. We coordinate the works, manage the process, and remain accountable from start to finish.

You still approve works.
You still see costs clearly.
You just don’t have to manage the moving parts.


How it Works

  3. Works are delivered by our in-house team or approved specialists
  4. OPSG remains your single point of contact throughout

Core Coordination

Ideal for sites that want a reliable, professional point of contact.

Includes:

  • Single point of contact via OPSG helpdesk
  • Job logging and coordination
  • Use of OPSG in-house team where suitable
  • Coordination of approved specialist contractors
  • Clear instructions and accountability
  • Continuity when site contacts or agents change

From £75–£150 per site / month


Priority

Faster Response

For sites where response time and uptime matter.

Includes everything in SiteCare, plus:

  • Priority scheduling
  • Faster response handling
  • First-call acknowledgement
  • Reduced downtime through quicker coordination

From +£50–£100 per site / month


Managed Site+

Full Oversight

Best suited to higher-activity or more complex sites.

Includes everything in Priority, plus:

  • Proactive site oversight
  • Repeat-issue tracking
  • Compliance coordination reminders
  • Planned works visibility and continuity

From £250+ per site / month


What’s Included (and What Isn’t)

Included in Memberships:

  • Coordination and management
  • Helpdesk support
  • Contractor and in-house team management
  • Communication and escalation handling

Not Included:

  • Labour, materials, or specialist works
  • These are quoted separately, transparently, and only carried out with approval

Memberships cover the management and coordination layer, not the cost of works themselves.
